Plain English first: itzenzo.tv is where you learn about what we do and browse what we sell. The actual buying — live pack openings, singles, breaks — happens on our Whatnot shop. Purchases, payments, shipping, and refunds are all handled by Whatnot under their Terms and Buyer Protection. This site doesn't take payments or collect your card or address.
1. About these terms
itzenzo.tv ("the site," "we," "I," "operator") is operated by Vincent Ragosta Inc (d/b/a itzenzoTTV). These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you agree to them in the version shown here. We may update them over time — Section 7 covers how that works.
These terms do not govern purchases. Anything you buy is bought on Whatnot and is subject to Whatnot's terms and policies — see Section 3.
2. Who can use the site
You must be at least 13 years old to use itzenzo.tv. If you're under 18 in your jurisdiction, you confirm a parent or guardian agrees to these terms on your behalf.
The After Dark segment (when launched) is restricted to adults 18 and older and is gated separately.
3. Buying happens on Whatnot
We sell live on Whatnot at whatnot.com/user/itzenzottv. When you buy from us, the transaction is between you and the seller account on Whatnot, processed on Whatnot's platform.
That means Whatnot's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Buyer Protection, payment handling, shipping, and refund / return policies apply to your purchase — not these terms. Payments and any card, billing, or shipping details you enter go to Whatnot; itzenzo.tv never sees or stores them.
The product grids on this site (sealed product, singles) and the personal collection page are an informational catalog of what we carry or have featured. A listing here is not an offer to sell on this site, may not reflect live availability, and links out to Whatnot for the actual sale. The personal collection is a showcase and is not for sale on the site.
4. Refunds, returns, and disputes
Because purchases are made on Whatnot, refunds, returns, cancellations, and disputes are handled under Whatnot's Buyer Protection and refund policy. Start any purchase-related claim through Whatnot — that's where the order, payment, and protections live.
A practical note on live breaks, pack openings, and similar live events (on Whatnot): once a pack is opened on your behalf, that result is yours and the buy-in for that opening is final — opening a pack can't be undone. Whatnot's policies govern how those situations are handled.

5. Intellectual property
Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, anime card-game brands, and all other trademarks shown on the site are the property of their respective owners. We are an independent retailer of authentic product purchased through standard wholesale and aftermarket channels. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any TCG publisher, or by Whatnot.
The itzenzo.tv website, the itzenzoTTV brand, and all original copy on this site are the property of the operator and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is and without warrantyof any kind, express or implied, except where required by applicable law. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that catalog information (availability, pricing, condition) is complete or current — the authoritative listing is the one on Whatnot at the time of sale.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator's total liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that can't be waived by contract — or any rights you have under Whatnot's Buyer Protection for a purchase made there.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The active version is always shown at the top of this page (currently Version 2026.1, last updated May 2026). Material changes take effect when posted; continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
8. Governing law, venue, and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of your use of this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction. (Disputes about a Whatnot purchase follow Whatnot's terms.) If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in effect.
